Best place for long periods
I have been in Nepal many times but this time I feel very lucky because I found this place. The apartment we have is very nice and comfortable with well equipped kitchen and very good shower and toilet. the staff are very kind and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.

A home away from home
I stayed in this apartment from March-August 2016. For me its a home away from home. The owner Mr. Jayaram KC is very helpful and friendly. Good neighborhood, walking distance to supermarkets, restaurant, shopping centers, coffee shops, etc. I enjoyed my stay here. My favorite place to stay in Kathmandu
I could not have asked for a better place to stay during my visit in Nepal than with Mr. Jayaram and his family. Very kind and caring people. I never had any problems with anything in the 2 months I was living there. Whenever I was in need of something, anything, it would be taken care of within’ the same day. When the earthquake hit Nepal on the 25th of April, I was alone in my apartment and was very scared and confused. But as soon as I came down to Mr. Jayaram and his familys floor they took care of me as best they could, taken into consideration that they had their own family and two gorgeous little children to take care of and protect. All in all a very nice place to stay. Nothing bad to say about the facilities and escpecially not the family as landlords 🙂 I recommend them highly 🙂

Really great facilities and centrally located. Great restaurants jun the area and away from the noise and bustle of Thamel. Jay Ram and his team are always there to sort out anything needed. Highly recommended! I will be back!
