The room is on 1st floor. There are two (I & II) fully furnished Double Bedroom with attach bathroom. This is suitable for 1 or 2 people sleeping. Foreigner students and volunteers who are searching for peaceful and secure area for their stay in Lazimpat, Kathmandu .  You can cook your food yourself, there is big shared kitchen including all kitchenware, oven , fridge, toaster etc. There is big dining area, bar with traditional sitting area. We provide electricity, cooking gas, drinking water etc.

No Worries for your laundry, there is washing machine on top terrace.  You can enjoy your free time watching Netflix or  HD channels in our big open living room on ground floor.  We also have gym room with TV and music system where you can do your daily workout.

No Pets Allowed. We have a Husky couple dogs, named DJ and CoCo.
