Beautiful apartment in quite area.
I feel that my lovely ex landlord Jayaram deserve a recommendation for his great work and support during my six months staying at Namaste. I literally have had no problems with the apartment for the whole time, and any minor issues got immediately solved, which is not very usual in Nepal, and is definitely a great added value.
Beside, my landlord also got off this way when we had health problems. My flatmate and I had two times health problems and had to be hospitalized and Jayaram took good care of us, and it is great if you are alone in a country to know that you can trust your landlord as if he were family.
Also the apartment is located in a very quite area, and away from the usual Kathmandu noises (dog barkings, horns etc) but at the same time super central. Definitely recommend it !!

Based on the security perspective, it is highly secured building which has electronic iron gate which only be released with combination of codes or by tapping key tag. In addition, the access point of the apartment is under surveillance of CCTV Cameras! Thanks to the management team “Jayram & Sanjay” for making my stay wonderful and being on call 24/7 to provide assistance whenever i was in need of!

I had stayed with “Namaste Apartment” recently and experienced that it is the best apartment in town by it’s infrastructure, service quality, delightful and fabulous scenery as well as peaceful environment.
