Welcome to Namaste Apartment.
Our property is Very safe to stay as it is NOT big multi-floor building where 100+ family resides. It is 5 floor building where only few family reside. So it is very easy doing social distancing as only limited people staying. Earthquake resistant building. It is very safe and in residential area with all the facilities available. Grocery Shops, bakery, banks, coffee shops, departmental store, ATM lounge, restaurants, petrol pump etc are in walking distance from the apartment.
We offer 11 beautifully decorated furnished apartments and 4 home stay rooms for rent for short and long term from 1 month to years. All our apartments is features with wooden parquet flooring, balcony in each rooms, 32″ LED TV and Music Systems, AC and NON AC rooms, Cooling fans and gas room heater for heating in NON AC rooms, fully equipped kitchens with kitchenware like microwave, rice cooker, fridge, water dispenser, comfortable big bathroom with 24 hour instant hot & cold water, modern style tiling in all Kitchen and bathrooms, and all modern furnishings.
We provide three styles of apartments to suit your budget 1 BK (one bedroom, kitchen and bathroom) and 2 BHK (2 bedroom, Kitchen, living room and 2 bathroom). We have spacious roof top with valley and mountain view, shared washing machine on roof top, free drinking water, free electricity, free cooking gas, free WIFI, fire safety etc. All our rooms are comfortable, stylish, secure and quite so you can rest with peace of mind. We are located at the heart of the Kathmandu city at Lazimpat, just about 15 Min walk from tourist hub Thamel, 10 Min walk to Narayanhity Palace Museum.
Our Apartment is conceptualized with an aim to offer a comprehensive Hotel related service for those guests who visit Nepal for shorter or longer duration to accomplish various purpose. All our full furnished apartments includes everything as per your requirement as indicated above, you just need to buy food, manage house keeping and toiletries, NO OTHER HIDDEN COST to pay.
